Good luck getting an appointment
Astounded that this practice gets government funding...
Best experience Ive had with any medical practice. I can always get emergency appointments for my young children and both doctors Ive seen have been exceptionally helpful, plus friendly and kind - I never feel any anxiety about visiting the dr here as I have with previous practices Ive been registered with. Cant fault.
I had a swollen foot and ankle and during an appointment for results I asked the dr about it. I was told it looked like a burst blood vessel but she had no more time of the appointment and to make another one. After 5 weeks of phoning and no appointments on my days of or when I phoned at 8.30 I went to bupa. Well dr I have a very painful tear in my talonavicular tendon that after over 7 weeks has not healed. The appointment system is ridiculous. I cannot get a repeat prescription as I cannot get an appointment. I am definitely changing my surgery
